    After approval, we manufacture, inspect and pack the agreed scope.

    Shipment and local install

    Shipment handoff follows the agreement; your team coordinates and installs locally.

GHANA PROJECT SCOPE

Product requirements, import responsibilities and delivered cost need a project review.

Before accepting an order, we review the intended use, product configuration, required documents, packing, transport and destination with the buying company. Import and customs responsibilities, price and delivery terms must be agreed in writing. A website enquiry is not product or import approval.

ONGOING PARTNERSHIP

Repeat projects can move through a more structured workflow.

After an ongoing collaboration and onboarding are agreed, approved partner teams can configure elements and prepare project alternatives in the Web-App. Scope and access are agreed separately.

Are these finished window and door elements?

Yes, within the manufacturing scope agreed in writing. Glass, hardware, accessories and packing are defined for each project.

Who measures and installs in Ghana?

The buying company arranges site measurement and installation with its own team or an independent local firm it appoints. Art Yapı supplies finished products and does not install outside Türkiye or appoint installers.

What do you need for an initial review?

Your company type, project city, element schedule or sketches, dimensions, approximate quantity and known glass, colour and hardware requirements.

Who handles import and customs?

The applicable documents, responsibilities and shipment model must be reviewed and agreed in writing before order acceptance.

How is the project priced?

The quotation sets out the agreed dimensions, system, glass, colour, supply scope and transport terms. Local installation is arranged by the buying company.

Is there a fixed lead time?

Timing is confirmed in writing after the production scope, material availability and transport model are clear.
