Code, testing and documentation requirements must be reviewed before acceptance.

Are these finished elements?

Yes, within the manufacturing scope confirmed in writing. Glass, hardware, accessories and packing are defined for each project.

Who measures and installs?

The local partner is responsible for site measurement, the customer relationship, site coordination and installation.

What do you need to evaluate a project?

An element schedule or sketches, dimensions, opening types, destination and known glass, color and hardware requirements.

Do you promise US code compliance?

No blanket claim is made. Applicable requirements and supporting evidence must be identified and reviewed for the specific destination and use.

Is there a fixed lead time?

No. Timing is confirmed in writing only after scope, material availability and the shipment model are clear.

How does an ongoing partnership begin?

With a pilot project and a mutual review of process, quality and communication.
