Clear process, traceable production.
We manage each project from quote to dispatch through dimensions, profile system, glazing, hardware, packaging and document flow. For partners, the goal is simple: what is promised to the customer must appear on the production line with the same clarity.
The production plan is prepared separately for each project. Dimensions, colours, glass combinations, hardware lists and dispatch packages are tracked in the production file; critical decisions are not left to verbal memory.
Working across export markets is not only about shipping product. Packaging, labelling, loading order and technical documentation shape post-sale trust, so our operation is built around the realities of the partner and the jobsite.
Today we work with LINEAR, S 9000 AD/MD, S 8000, GEALAN-SMOOVE® multislide, S 9000 HST and S 9000 entrance-door systems. The goal is to clarify the installer's project requirements and review the suitable system and configuration in one workflow.
Planned capacity
Volume, target schedule and system choice are reviewed together for each project. The production plan is confirmed against the approved element schedule and available capacity.
Written production file
Profile choice, steel reinforcement, hardware combination, glazing data and colour decisions are held in the project file. When quote, production and dispatch use the same data set, the risk of error is reduced.
Dispatch and document discipline
Packaging, labelling and loading order are part of project delivery. Technical-documentation needs under EN 14351-1 are reviewed by market, product configuration and project; document availability is clarified before quotation.
