This policy explains how we process personal data collected via artyapias.com under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact and partner forms: name, company, email, phone, country/city, company website, local surveying and installation capacity, import experience, your declaration that project documents are ready to share, your message and the landing/campaign context of the enquiry. This declaration does not mean that Art Yapı has received, reviewed or verified any document. We receive only data that you submit or that accompanies your form request.

Technical data: connection data may be processed temporarily to secure the server and deliver your request. Analytics and advertising tools process browser/device information, pages visited and traffic source only after you consent.

Calculator addendum · 7 September 2026: catalogue and current-price queries may run automatically. Dimensions, quantity, product/model, finish and glass selection codes, country/location and service preferences, and draft/request identifiers without a person’s name may be sent to our pricing service. This function requires no contact details or marketing consent; a contact enquiry is sent only when you separately submit the form.

The calculator draft and, if you choose to transfer it, the project summary are stored in this tab’s sessionStorage; names, email addresses and phone numbers are not automatically saved in the draft. The summary may include the server’s price calculation reference. The tab session is subject to the browser’s session-restoration behaviour; a price validity period is not a data-deletion period.

Campaign context: only format-restricted source/channel values, a 32-character opaque campaign identifier, an ad code and low-entropy Google campaign/ad-group, match, device and network classes from the visible URL may accompany the form request. Search terms are not recorded. Valid ad-click identifiers may be carried to same-origin links only after consent; they are not added to the form request and are not submitted to Pazar or the CRM.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): measure visit behaviour using measurement identifiers and aggregated reporting.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag): measures conversions from ads. These tools load only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner and the corresponding measurement ID is enabled on the site; if you choose "Reject" they are not loaded.

The preference record stores your decision, this policy version, and decision/expiry timestamps in your browser. You will be asked again after no more than 180 days or when the policy version changes.

Presentation and product videos do not connect to YouTube until you press play. Playback loads third-party content through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. You can change your choice through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Data may be shared, to the technically necessary extent, with our server/hosting and email providers and, after your consent, with Google, Meta and LinkedIn measurement services. Form enquiries are processed in Art Yapı’s access-controlled Pazar Aracı. Third-party providers may process data outside your country; the applicable transfer conditions are assessed for each configured provider and account. Your data is not sold to third parties for advertising or sales purposes.

Data you submit via forms is retained only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations; the period varies by record type and legal basis. Optional marketing contact data is kept until you withdraw consent or that purpose ends; the consent record is retained for as long as legally necessary. You can write to info@artyapias.com to ask which period applies to your record or to request erasure, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, receive portable data, object to processing and withdraw consent.
